We have gemological training, read professional journals to keep up to date, travel to trade fairs and seminars and learn all about the products we offer. Steven LaBiche: Owner/Jeweler / CEO
Steven has over 35 years of experience in the Jewelry Industry starting as an apprentice at the bench under his father's supervision in 1980. He is a very talented bench jeweler and he keeps current - attending "hands on" training as well as seminars and theory training sessions at various trade shows throughout the country. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Mississippi Jewelers Association (MJA) and is a member of the GIA Alumni Association. 

Tricia LaBiche: Manager / COO
Tricia has been in the business with her husband Steven since 2008. Like her husband, she is also an Alumnus of GIA. Tricia manages the day to day operations of the store, attends trade shows and meets with vendors and prospective vendors. She also maintains our active Facebook page. If you have not “liked” our page, I urge you to do so. There you can see many examples of our jewelry and find fun jewelry facts. It is difficult for us to have all of our jewelry on a website because our jewelry inventory changes daily and many of our pieces are one of a kind. Like our page and you will see many of the pieces before they are even available in the showcases. 

Elizabeth LaBiche Pharis: Jewelry Consultant / Engraving Department
Elizabeth, Steven's sister, has also grown up in the jewelry business. She is skilled in finding just the right thing to suit your individual tastes. If we don't carry it, she can find it or help you design it. Elizabeth attends trade shows and seminars to keep her knowledge and skills up to date and is also in charge of our engraving department. 

Shannon Simpson: Jewelry Consultant/Merchandiser
Shannon has been working with us since 2009. She is skilled in guiding customers through their important purchasing decisions. If we don't carry it, she can find it or help you design it. She also helps with inventory and merchandising and attends trade shows and seminars to keep her knowledge and skills up to date.

Lisa Covington: Jewelry Consultant and Appraiser
Lisa has been working with us since 2012. She helps with appraisals and is skilled in guiding customers through their important purchasing decisions. If we don't carry it, she can find it or help you design it. She is a GIA Alumnus and attends trade shows, seminars and reads professional journals to keep her knowledge and skills up to date.

Michael Dover: Jeweler's Apprentice and Sales Associate
Michael has been working alongside Steven for the last year, developing skills in jewelry repair as well as customer service.
